How to serve cream cheese sausage balls at a party:
The easiest way to serve these sausage balls at a party or to dinner guests is to plate the cream cheese balls on top of a bed of greens that are all on top of a beautiful dish.
I'd highly recommend that the beautiful dish or platter has a slight edge to it so that one crazy rolly sausage ball doesn't make it's way too close to the edge while moving the tray of sausage balls.
The bed of greens will also help the sausage balls from rolling all of the place and the complimentary colors of the greens and the sausage balls really make the dish stand out and look all kinds of fancy and gourmet!
How to store leftover cream cheese sausage balls:
You can store leftover cooked sausage balls in an airtight container or secure them in a closed zippie bag in the fridge for 2-3 days.
One reader informed me that she had frozen her cream cheese sausage balls in an airtight container in her freezer for 2 months, and after reheating, they turned out just as delicious as the days she had cooked them!
How to reheat sausage balls:
When you are ready to reheat your refrigerated sausage balls, simply put the sausage balls on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 45-90 seconds depending on your microwave, how many sausage balls you are reheating at one time, AND how hot you like your sausage balls.
You can also reheat your cream cheese sausage balls up in the oven. Set your oven to 275*F, place your sausage balls on an oven-safe baking sheet or dish, and allow to warm for 4-8 minutes, depending on the factors mentioned in the previous paragraph.
Do keep in mind that if you reheat your sausage balls for too long or cook them over too high of temp that they may dry out eventually. So I'd recommend not veering off too much from these reheat instructions.

Notes
You can easily make your own Homemade Bisquick Mix!!
You may want to flip your sausage balls over when you check them after 8 minutes. I have never needed to but all ovens cook differently. If you oven cooks more to one side than the other, consider flipping your balls over or at least, rotating your baking sheet halfway through the cooking process.
