Ooey gooey pepper jack cheese is stuffed inside juicy ground beef patties along with fresh bites of crisp spicy jalapeños. The burgers are kissed on the grill long enough to cook to your liking and then stacked on top of a fluffy bun, and then loaded with fresh crisp slices of lettuce and tomato, BBQ bacon, and homemade buttermilk onion rings.
Do I have a doozy for y'all today! There's no time to talk about anything else today except for this burger.
The Jalapeño Jack Burger is my favorite burger of all time. Once you have one, there's really no going back, so you've been warned.
We stack these jalapeño jack burgers high with fresh veggie slices, BBQ Bacon, and my homemade Buttermilk Onion Rings. But don't feel like you have to have all of these toppings in order to make this burger great y'all. This jalapeño jack burger is hella good all on its own.
The Jalapeño Jack Burger has chunks of melty Pepper Jack cheese and fresh diced jalapeños inside of it, just waiting for ya. And each bite is more amazing than the next {in fact, when my burger is gone, I get sad feelings inside}.
And on a final note, this meal is not recommended for those on a diet plan {but of course recommended for cheat day! Boosh!} You might as well wait for your next cheat day to come around before you knock out this one {reenacts patting her food baby}.
The Jacked Jalapeno Burger
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 fresh jalapeños, diced (and deseeded if your not feeling adventurous)
- 1 cup cubed pepper jack cheese, plus slices for on top of your burgers!
- Hamburger buns, onion rings, lettuce tomatoes, pickles, and all the other fixin's you may want on your burgers.
Instructions
- Preheat your grill over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, jalapeño, and pepper jack cheese and mix well (hands work well for his part). Form the mixture into four patties.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook both sides until thoroughly cooked to your preference.
- While still hot, place any remaining cheese on the patties so that they melt sufficiently.
- Allow the patties to sit for 4-5 minutes after removing from the grill to allow the juices to settle. Top your burger with goodies and enjoy it messy!
Even if you are working with very lean beef, these burgers will turn out extremely juicy because of all the juicy jalapeños bits and cheesy pieces stuffed inside!

That is a beautiful burger!!!! I'm not a jalapeño fan, but it looks soooooo good, I may have to try it:)

You sure could try it without the jalapeno and possibly green bell pepper or nothing at all as a substitute. 🙂

Oh my this looks good! We find jalapenos a little too hot for our taste, but the entire recipe looks delicious. I can't wait to check out your other recipes. Thank you for stopping by my blog and I look forward to getting to know your yummy writing!
J Trogstad says
Thanks for stopping in Jeanne! I completely understand the "spice" factor in the recipe. You could easily take out the jalapeños and add in something else, perhaps diced green bell pepper? Thanks for being so sweet and commenting!
