These easy honey sriracha grilled wings are a healthier, tastier, fresher gluten-free version of those fried wings you order at the local hole-in-the-wall bar that you love. Now you can have the same great sweet and spicy taste, same smothered sticky fingers, same satisfied bellies, but without the grease, gluten, or restaurant tab.
These bad boys also are on your plate in less than 30 minutes and use simple ingredients that are already in your kitchen!

This past weekend, my friends and I went on an adventure and discovered a new yummy wing restaurant in town.
It was delicious. Problem was, because of my allergies, I couldn't partake in the wing-eating.
I ate my meal, but drooled every time I saw a pair of sticky fingers pick up another dripping smothered wing.
So then we went home and I pretended that everything was okay.
But it wasn't.
Deep down I had the BIGGEST craving for some juicy smothered wings. {Why do I have to be so difficult!}
And I just couldn't get them outta my mind.
So then it began....my quest for the best gluten-free sweet and spicy wings a girl could make.
If ya follow me on Instagram {@BlessHerHeartYall...let's be friends!} you saw my conundrum.
How do I turn on the grill?
See, my other half always does the grilling around these parts.
So that was a struggle.
Then, there was putting together a sweet and spicy sauce that was gooey enough to make your fingers "wing-sticky".
I was not about to make a sub-par non-legit wing. Ah hell no!
So I figured out the grill {after a few snapchat responses and a quick phone call to the man}, concocted my wing sauce, and ate my little heart out, all in under 30 minutes.
Yep.... this recipe is a quick and easy one.
A few ingredients, a few minutes on the grill, and a few seconds to scarf it down.
You got it!

How to make these grilled wings:
- Preheat your grill over medium heat and brush your wings with the oil until evenly coated. Place on grill over medium heat and cook until thoroughly cooked, flipping a few times during this process (about 15-20 minutes).
- While the wings are grilling, combine the sriracha, honey, soy sauce, onion, and lime juice in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Once the wings are off the grill, place them in a large mixing bowl, along with the sauce mixture. Gently fold the chicken and the sauce together, sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds and serve while still warm. Enjoy!

These sound and look divine!! Wings are my favorite, and having gluten sensitivity puts a huge damper on enjoying them while out and about.. I must try these!!
