What are kale chips?
Kale chips are pieces of kale leaves, seasoned with delicious seasonings, and baked in the oven until they are crisp chips to snack on.
Kale chips are lighter in texture that most potato chips but retain the taste and crunch!
What do kale chips taste like?
Garlic Kale Chip Ingredients:
- Fresh Kale, chopped into large pieces
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt

How to bake garlic kale chips:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit. Clean your kale leaves and allow the excess water to run off the leaves for a few minutes.

In a large bowl, combine all three ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Place the kale on a baking sheet, making sure that the kale is spaced in a single thin layer on the pan. Bake for 13-14 minutes, or until the kale leaves become crispy to the touch, but not to the point where they brown.
Pro Tip:
Don't let the kale to cook too long that the leaves become brown and too crispy because once brown, the kale will taste bitter!
How to store leftover kale chips:
You can store your leftover garlic kale chips in an airtight container or storage bag at room temperature for up to 1 week.
But.... they are too delicious and addicting to last that long!

Ingredients
- 4 cups Fresh Kale, chopped into large pieces
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Salt, or less. I usually go with a little more than ⅛ teaspoon
Instructions
