4-Ingredient Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

These 4-ingredient flourless gluten free peanut butter cookies take creamy peanut butter, sugar, baking soda, and an egg and in 10 minutes turn it into soft and doughy-centered gluten free peanut butter cookies with perfectly crispy golden brown outer edges. Perfect for dunking in a cold glass of milk!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-natural GF peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350*F.  Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.   Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 1" balls of dough 2-3" apart from one another.

  2. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges just start to turn golden brown.  Remove from oven to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool further.
