Bourbon + Brown Sugar Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 14 oz . can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 TBSP bourbon

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy whipping cream and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. (approx 3-5 minutes)
  2. Fold in all other ingredients and gently stir to combine.
  3. Pour into a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 4-6 hours until completely frozen. Enjoy it messy!
