Strawberry Mango Ice Cream

  • 1 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14 oz . can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 in ripe mango pureed smooth a food processor
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries chopped


  1. With a hand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream until it thickens and fluffy peaks appear, approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Carefully fold in all the other ingredients. Place in a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 4-6 hours or until the ice cream is completely frozen through.
  3. Enjoy it messy!
