Preheat your grill over med-high heat.
Place a large piece (about the size of a baking sheet) of tin foil on a flat surface. Drizzle the foil in the olive oil.
Combine all other ingredients on the middle of the tin foil and mix thoroughly.
Place a second piece of tin foil (same size) on top of the potatoes and pinch the upper and lower foil pieces together with your fingers.
Tear a small hole in the very top of the foil to use as a steam vent.
Grill the foil packet for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and cheesy. Enjoy it mesy!
