Gluten-Free Brown Sugar Waffles

These gluten-free brown sugar waffles are fluffy, soft, with a hint of brown sugar. A gluten-free 5-minute breakfast never tasted so good!

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 TBSP unsalted butter melted
  • 3 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup BHHY's Bisquick Mix
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar


  1. Heat your waffle maker (I set mine to medium heat)
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine the eggs and butter until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Add in the Bisquick mix, brown sugar, and the coconut flour. With a hand mixer, mix well.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the waffle batter to the heated waffle maker in the amount specified by the the waffle maker instructions (I fill mine with 1/2 cup batter to make 3 large waffles out of the batter)
  6. Cook until no more steam is escaping the waffle maker and the edges of the waffle are turning golden brown. Enjoy!
