|Sometimes dance parties are a must…. even if you are in the middle of taking photos!|
As I sit here, drinking my hot toddy, all zipped up, wrapped in my warm blanket, I look at these pictures and think of how much colder it is in other parts of the world, yet a mere 50 degrees can seem so dang cold at the same time. Today felt so cold and I was so glad that I was wearing this oversized zippered sweater and tall boots y’all.
I sometimes forget how good we have it here in Atlanta. We truly get four seasons, yet the seasons are mild (compared to North Dakota where I use to live!). I love how I can leave the house in the middle of December with a sweater like this one, and be completely content and comfortable. This sweater from Target is one of my new favs. Not only is it long-fitted and ultra long-sleeved (that’s almost non-existent for tall girls like me with gangly arms), but the details are what make it so great to me. The material has a slight shimmer in it, yet the piece is so soft to the touch, and the zippers on the sides give it a urban/industrial twist.
Sweater: Target (similar option) | Skinny Jeans (similar) (another great option) | Clutch: Bless Her Heart Y’all (another similar option) | Earrings: old (similar) (another similar option here) | Midi Rings c/o Judith Bright Jewelry | Boots: Red Dress Boutique (similar) (a cute option too!)
Full Disclosure: Pieces of this outfit were either gifted to me in exchange for this post or I was compensated by said company for my time. But trust me y’all, everything that I post about is all my own, including my thoughts, comments, quirks, and reviews.
